Success Insights® DiSC Behavioural Profiling

We have learned from behavioural research that the most effective people are those who understand themselves, both their strengths and weaknesses, so they can adapt to meet the demands of their job, and develop an environment for self-motivation and the motivation of employees and peers.

Success Insights® DISC Profile analyses a person's behavioural style, i.e. their manner of doing things. It is an ideal tool to gain understanding of oneself and of others. To accomplish this you must first respond to an internet-based questionnaire called the Style Analysis. Once you have completed the questionnaire you receive a personalised report outlining your behavioural style.

Every report is based on four dimensions of people's normal behaviour (DISC), which fall into the following categories:

  • Dominance - how you approach problems and challenges.
  • Influence - how you interact and attempt to influence people.
  • Steadiness - how you respond to change and activities (pace).
  • Cautious - how you respond to rules set by others (procedures).

All people demonstrate some behaviour in each dimension. They differ, however, in the intensity of the four factors. To produce this report, your responses will be analysed and compared across a well-defined population of thousands of people. Statements that apply to you will be carefully selected by the computer from thousands of possible combinations, then personalised and listed in your report. Your profile is emailed to you automatically. We are available to debrief your profile and we follow up shortly after you have received your report to respond to any questions you have.

The most popular of the DiSC reports is the very comprehensive Management-Staff Report. It gives valuable information to the manager, to the employee, and to the work team. It clarifies individual work styles, explains how behavioural styles affect job performance, and how the management-staff relationship influences productivity and goal achievement. It lists communication tips, explains how best to motivate and manage the employee, and sets out areas for improving performance. Included with the Management-Staff report is a Behavioural Factor Indicator (BFI) report. This BFI report was created to show from a behavioural point of view how a person would perform the normal functions of management. It shows an individual's basic ability and the one they are currently using. This is an excellent coaching and development tool.

To purchase a personalised Management-Staff report click the Add to Cart button on the right. Upon payment you will be emailed a link address and unique password to complete the Style Analysis Questionnaire and receive your individual report.
