Kirsty Mawer MSM, MODSHRM, FAICD

Kirsty Mawer has an international reputation as a vibrant and energetic speaker, mentor and coach on improving business performance with over 22 years experience in commerce.

As a consultant with The Performance Attitude, Kirsty works with managers around the globe developing their business, management, leadership, and personal skills so that they improve both individual and organisational performance. Kirsty delivers tangible results through her business and leadership coaching. She challenges the status quo and stimulates fresh ideas, while creating environments that support both learning and sustainable change. She develops strategies and initiatives that can be implemented across entire organisations.

Kirsty holds the degrees of Master of Sustainable Management (MSM) and Master of Organisation Development and Strategic Human Resource Management (MODSHRM). She is a member of the Golden Key International Honour Society and a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. In addition she holds a Diploma in Company Directing and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (FAICD).

Kirsty is the author of "Dancing With Brilliance" and of "Leadership Coaching: A Practical Guide" published by Pearson Education Australia, and endorsed by the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).

Her passions include developing individuals, enhancing communities, supporting organisations, and facilitating business growth.
