Kirsty Hayes has an international reputation as a vibrant and energetic speaker, mentor and coach on improving business performance with over 22 years experience in commerce.

As a consultant with The Performance Attitude, Kirsty works with managers around the globe developing their communication, thinking, leadership, and personal skills so that they improve both individual and organisational leadership abilities. Kirsty delivers tangible results through her business and leadership coaching. She challenges the status quo and stimulates fresh ideas, while creating environments that support both learning and sustainable change. She develops strategies and initiatives that can be implemented across entire organisations.

Kirsty has the degree of Master of Sustainable Management (MSM), is a certified Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (MNLP), is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and is currently completing a Master of Organisation Development & Strategic Human Resource Management (MODSHRM).

Kirsty is the author of "Dancing With Brilliance" and of "Leadership Coaching: A Practical Guide" published by Pearson Education Australia, and endorsed by the Australian Institute of Training and Development (AITD).
